Delivery after dispatch
- UK Standard: 2–3 working days
- UK Express: 1–2 working days
- UK Rush: Next working day
- International Tracked: 7–11 working days
Express and Rush shipping reduce delivery time after dispatch. They do not reduce production time for made-to-order products.

- Made-to-order items are covered by the same 30-day policy as stocked items.
- UK orders: free returns. Email us and we send a prepaid returns label.
- Outside the UK: you pay return postage.
- Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: we cover reasonable return postage.
- Exchanges are subject to availability.
- Personalised items can't be returned unless faulty.

Yes love it!! Hoodie itself is very thick and well made. Very comfy and warm. Definitely could’ve sized down, my own fault. But at least I can layer up underneath to stay warm 🌤️. 10/10 would purchase again!
