HOW IT WORKS
What does a Rider Credit cover?
One standard full-price hoodie, tee or sticker from the Rider Vault, up to £55. If the item costs more, you pay the difference. A credit is an item entitlement, not £29.99 of store credit. Personalisation and other extras are paid at the normal price. Delivery follows our normal rates.
Do credits roll over?
Yes. Each credit expires 12 months after its issue date. Your dashboard shows each expiry. Selecting a credit does not use it; completing its checkout does.
What if I cancel, skip or pause?
Manage your subscription and payment method online in your account. Skip or pause where Shopify Subscriptions offers it. Cancellation stops future renewals. Paid benefits continue until the end of your paid period, and unused, unexpired credits remain redeemable. Skipped or failed payments issue no credit.
When do I pay?
£29.99 when you join, then monthly on your subscription billing schedule until cancelled. Shopify securely handles your payment method. See the schedule and upcoming payment in Manage membership.
Where does member pricing apply?
15% off standard full-price hoodies, tees and stickers, and 10% off armoured hoodies and cargos, when you check out signed in. Not on Last Sizes or clearance, gift cards, personalisation, priority production or other add-ons. Member prices don't combine with discount codes or other offers: checkout applies whichever saves you more.
Is personalisation included?
No. Personalisation, priority production and other add-ons are charged at the normal price.
Can I join from outside the UK?
Not yet. RUN IT CLUB is UK only at launch.
What happens after a refund?
A fully refunded or charged-back membership payment revokes its unused credit. If that credit has already been used, we review the account. Creator refunds are limited to the eligible cash actually paid after discounts; credit value cannot be refunded as cash. Our refund policy and applicable consumer rights apply.
