Creator Refund Terms

These terms cover the RUN IT LONDON Creator Refund ("Make a reel, get your order for free"). By claiming a refund you agree to them.

1. How it works

  • Place an eligible order on runitlondon.co.uk.
  • Post a Reel or video on Instagram or TikTok wearing or showing an item from that order.
  • Tag @runitlondon on Instagram or @runitlondon on TikTok, and add #runitlondon.
  • When the post reaches the view count below, email us to claim.

2. Refund amounts

  • 10,000 views: 50% of your order.
  • 25,000 views: 100% of your order. If you have already claimed 50%, we refund the other 50%.
  • Maximum £200 per order, across all claims. Whatever the views, the most we refund on any one order is £200.
  • Your order means the items you paid for, after any discounts. Shipping, priority production, personalisation, other add-ons and gift cards are not included. Clearance and Last Sizes items in a mixed order do not count towards it.
  • You can claim twice with the same post: 50% at 10,000 views, then the rest at 25,000 views. Or wait and claim 100% at once. Both claims must be made within 90 days of delivery, and the amount is based on the views at the time you claim.
  • If you return part of an order, the refund is worked out on the items you kept.

3. How to claim

Email support@runitlondon.co.uk within 90 days of delivery with:

  • the link to your post;
  • a screenshot showing its view count;
  • your order number (e.g. #1234) or the email address you ordered with.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank may take a few working days to show it.

4. Rules for the post

  • An item from the order must be clearly visible and the post must stay public for at least 30 days after your last claim.
  • Views must be organic. Bought views, bots, paid promotion or boosting, giveaways run to gain views, and reposts of someone else's content do not count.
  • The content must be your own, follow the platform's rules, and not be offensive, dangerous or illegal. Do not ride dangerously or break the law to film it.
  • You can post as many times as you like until one post qualifies.

5. Eligible orders

  • Open to customers who bought directly from runitlondon.co.uk.
  • Clearance and Last Sizes items, gift cards, and add-on products are not eligible.
  • An order that has been returned or refunded in full already is not eligible.

6. Using your post

By claiming, you allow RUN IT LONDON to repost and share your post on our own social media and website, credited to you. We will ask before using it in paid advertising.

7. Verification and changes

  • We may check view counts and accounts, ask for more evidence, and decline a claim we believe breaks these terms. If we find a claim broke these terms after paying it, we may ask for the refund back.
  • We may change or end the Creator Refund at any time. Orders placed before a change keep the terms shown when they were placed.
  • This offer does not affect your statutory rights or our normal returns policy.
