Do You Deliver Internationally?

Yes, we currently deliver to the following countries:

France
Germany
Ireland
Italy
Netherlands
Spain
Sweden
Switzerland
United Arab Emirates

Free shipping does not apply to international orders.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Prices displayed on our website are shown in GBP and exclude any local import taxes or duties.

For orders delivered outside the UK:

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs charges may be applied by your local customs authority
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by us
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing

If a customer refuses to pay customs charges and the parcel is returned to us:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Any refund issued will exclude outbound shipping costs

This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty or incorrect.

Processing & Delivery Times

All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse. Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

Please allow additional processing time during busy periods such as sales or holidays.

Orders typically have a 1-7 day processing and 1-3 day delivery timeframe, depending on the product, shipping method and destination.
This timeframe is an estimate, not a guarantee.

If an order is expected to exceed this timeframe, we will contact you via email with an update. Please contact us via Instagram @runitlondon if you have not heard from us.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

After this time, orders may already be in production or processing and changes may not be possible.

This does not affect your statutory rights once your order has been delivered.
