Do You Deliver Internationally?

Yes, we currently deliver to the following countries:

Ireland

United Arab Emirates

Free UK Standard delivery on orders of £75 or more.

Free International Tracked delivery on orders of £120 or more.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Prices displayed on our website are shown in GBP and exclude local import taxes or duties.

For orders delivered outside the UK, import duties, taxes and customs charges may be applied by your local customs authority. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

If a customer refuses to pay customs charges and the parcel is returned to us, original shipping costs are non-refundable and any refund will exclude outbound shipping costs. This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty or incorrect.

Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Please allow additional processing time during busy periods such as sales or holidays.

Dispatch (production time) — ready-to-ship items dispatch within 1–3 working days; made-to-order items dispatch within 5–7 working days. The state shown on each product page applies to the variant you select.

Mixed orders — if your order contains both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items, we ship the whole order together once the made-to-order items are ready.

Transit time starts at dispatch, not at the time you place your order.

For UK orders, transit after dispatch is:

  • UK Standard — 2–3 working days (Royal Mail Tracked 48, Evri Standard)
  • UK Express — 1–2 working days (Royal Mail Tracked 24, Evri Next Day)
  • UK Rush — our fastest UK service, usually next working day (DPD Next Day, Royal Mail Special Delivery)
  • International Tracked — 7–11 working days

The service, price and availability shown at checkout apply to your order. International transit times vary by destination and carrier.

Choosing Express or Rush delivery speeds up carrier transit only. It does not shorten made-to-order production time.

These timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. You will receive tracking by email once your order has been dispatched. If an order is expected to take longer, we will contact you with an update.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After this time, an order may already be in production or processing and changes may not be possible. This does not affect your statutory rights once your order has been delivered.
