Refund Policy
We get it — sometimes things just don't work out and you may want to return or exchange an item. As long as your item(s) were purchased from runitlondon.co.uk and are eligible under this policy, you may request a return or exchange.
Returns Eligibility
You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Returned eligible items must be:
- In their original condition
- Returned in original packaging with any included accessories
You may try items on to assess fit, as you would in a physical retail store.
We may refuse returns or issue a reduced refund if items show signs of excessive wear, damage, alteration, staining, strong odours, or contamination beyond reasonable inspection.
Made-to-Order Items
Items that are made to order or produced specifically for you are not eligible for returns or exchanges for change of mind, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted if:
- The return is requested more than 14 days after delivery
- The item has been washed, altered, or heavily worn
- The item is damaged due to misuse or poor care
- The item is missing original packaging or included components
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
In these cases:
- Return shipping costs will be covered by us
- We will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with UK consumer law
Return Costs
- UK customers: Free returns on eligible items
- International customers: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of return.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be requested within 14 days of delivery, subject to stock availability and eligibility.
If an exchange is not possible, a refund or store credit will be offered where appropriate.
